We provide free, one-to-one, confidential listening support.
Our volunteer Bereavement Visitors will either visit you in your home or offer you phone support, depending on availability. They will let you set the pace, and can visit as many times as you need.
All our Visitors are carefully selected and fully trained. They are DBS checked and their work is supervised by qualified counsellors. We work with adults only.
The safety of our Visitors and Clients is very important to us. We have a safeguarding policy and a Safeguarding Officer who can be contacted if there are any concerns.
We respect the privacy of our clients, keeping all personal information safe and only using it for the purposes it was given to us. We commit to always processing and storing this information in line with GDPR and the Data Protection Act (2018).
We do not charge for our visits - our service is free. We rely on donations and grants from generous individuals and organisations. If you would like to donate, please visit the donations page.
